Scholarship Details

• Scholarship Amount: $250

Eligibility

• Open to undergraduate students of BITS Pilani traveling abroad
• Must be presenting an accepted research paper at a conference OR
• Must be attending a workshop/conference of international repute

Application Process

• Application Period: 14th August to 26th August, 2026
• Submission: Applications must be submitted via the Google Form through institutional email and official student communication channels.

Selection Process

• Applications will be reviewed based on the impact of the research/workshop.
• Shortlisted candidates may be required to submit a short video motivation or attend an interview.
• Results Announcement: End of Sept 2026
