SIP Talks: Electronics Edition
The Student Alumni Relations Cell conducted SIP Talk: Electronics Edition featuring Aditya Srivastava and Aditya Phatak, who shared their experiences, preparation strategies, and key learnings from securing hardware internships at Google. Through their insights and advice, attendees gained a better understanding of internship opportunities in electronics, the skills required for hardware roles, and effective approaches to preparing for recruitment processes.

The Student Alumni Relations Cell organized SIP Talks: Tech Edition, bringing together students for an insightful discussion on software internship preparation and careers in technology. The session featured Aditya Birla, Ishan Mehta, and Prakhar Bhandari, who shared their experiences, preparation strategies, interview insights, and key learnings from securing internships at leading technology companies.
SIP Talks: Non-Tech Edition
The Student Alumni Relations Cell conducted SIP Talks: Non-Tech Edition, providing students with valuable insights into securing internships across business, management, and core domains. The session featured Vedashree Mahajan and Shivam Agarwala, who shared their experiences as Summer Associates at BCG, along with Sowsthika Sree, who spoke about her journey towards securing a core chemical engineering internship at Honeywell.
BITS2Quant Talk
The Student Alumni Relations Cell successfully hosted another edition of BITS2QUANT, featuring insightful discussions on quantitative research and data science. We were delighted to hear from Rit Pratik Mishra (Data Scientist, Pfizer) and Swayam Ranjan (Quantitative Research Analyst, BlackRock), who shared their professional journeys, industry insights, and valuable advice for students interested in finance, analytics, and data-driven careers. The session provided attendees with a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges in these rapidly evolving fields.
Directors Tea Party, Sem 2 2026
As the academic year drew to a close, the graduating batches came together for the Director’s Tea Party - an evening dedicated to celebrating memories, friendships, and milestones that defined their journey at BITS Goa. The event provided an opportunity for students to reconnect with batchmates, interact with faculty members, and spend meaningful time with the Dean and the Director before embarking on the next chapter of their lives.
Batch Snaps 2026
BatchSnaps 2026 was a memorable celebration of the journeys, friendships, and milestones that defined the graduating batch at BITS Pilani, Goa Campus. Organized by the Alumni Relations Division and the Student Alumni Relations Cell, the event brought graduating students together at the B-Dome to capture a moment that will be cherished for years to come. More than just a photograph, each frame became a tribute to late-night study sessions, unforgettable experiences, lifelong friendships, and every milestone in between.
Summer Internship Assistance 2026
The Alumni Relations Division successfully conducted the Summer Internship Assistance 2026 initiative, made possible through the generous support of alumni from the 2010 and 2012 batches. The program was designed to empower students to pursue high-quality research opportunities at premier academic and research institutions across the globe, including research projects undertaken across BITS campuses. Open to students across all years and branches, the initiative provided a platform for aspiring researchers to take meaningful steps toward publications, advanced studies, and greater career clarity.
Electronics Talk
We successfully hosted an insightful online Electronics Talk featuring distinguished alumni from leading global organisations, who shared their experiences, industry insights, and guidance for students interested in electronics and core engineering roles. The speakers included Pervez Garg, Jayasree Sankaranarayanan and Shivang Thapliyal - who took part in an engaging discussion offering practical advice, career perspectives, and firsthand experiences from the industry, making it an enriching experience for all participants.
Alumni Engagement Session with Mr. Venu Palaparthi
We were delighted to welcome distinguished alumnus Mr. Venu Palaparthi back to campus. During his visit, he engaged with faculty, student entrepreneurs, and campus communities, sharing valuable insights on innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship. His interactions, startup discussions, and inspiring session at LT1 strengthened the alumni–institute connection and left a lasting impact on students.
2006 Batch Reunion
As part of the Batch of 2006 Reunion, an Ask Alumni Anything session was conducted on 20th of December 2025, providing students with an opportunity to interact with alumni. The event encouraged open dialogue, allowing participants to gain valuable advice and perspectives while strengthening connections with the alumni community.

The first semester Director’s Tea Party was held on Saturday, 22nd November, at the VGH Lawns. The event provided an opportunity for the Director to formally address graduating students, as they reflected on and celebrated their journeys at the institute.
BITS2Finance Talk
BITS2FINANCE was conducted on 19th of November 2025, as an interactive online session featuring BITS alumni who have established impactful careers in the field of finance. The session featured distinguished speakers including Varun Balany, Risk Specialist at PNC; Kailash Nuthalapati, Director – Corporate Finance Advisory at Emirates NBD; and Anusheel Solanki, Capital Market Analyst at Prime Finance, Nomura, who shared their valuable insights with the students. The session concluded with a productive Q&A segment. BITS2FINANCE served as an enriching platform for students to explore diverse pathways within the finance industry.
BITS2StartUp Talk
BITS2STARTUP, conducted on 7th of November 2025, featured distinguished BITS alumni who have made their mark in entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem. Ajay Agrawal and Shourya Agarwal shared their journeys and key learnings from navigating the dynamic startup landscape.
BITS2Creator Talk
The BITS2CREATOR online session, conducted on 25th of September 2025, featured BITS Pilani Goa alumni who have built impactful careers in entrepreneurship and content creation. The speakers, Mehul Mohan and Kushal Sarkar, shared their professional journeys and experience in building ventures beyond conventional career paths. The session and following Q&A sessions offered students new perspectives on the field of content creation.
Exclusive MATLAB Workshop
An exclusive full-day MATLAB workshop was conducted on campus by representatives from MathWorks on 20th September 2025. The session provided participants with hands-on exposure to MATLAB and its applications, helping students strengthen their technical skills and gain practical insights from industry experts.
BITSians' Day 2025
BITSians’ Day was celebrated on the 1st of August 2025 with enthusiasm as members of the BITS community came together to honour the institute’s legacy and shared spirit. The occasion was marked with a group photograph with the Director, bringing students and faculty together to celebrate the lifelong bond of being a BITSian.

BITS2MBA was successfully conducted on 5th of July 2025, bringing together BITS alumni who shared their experiences of transitioning from campus life to business schools. The session offered students valuable guidance on pursuing management education and building a strong profile for MBA admissions. The speakers included Chinmay Gokhale, Kopal Srivastava, and Biswajit Jena. The event proved to be an informative experience for students considering an MBA as a future career pathway.
