Alumni Relations Cell plays a very important role in organizing the Convocation of our campus. We set the following events straight for the Convocation to happen without a glitch:

• Coordinating with various departments on-campus
• Setup of online registration portal
• Handling any issues faced during online registrations
• Ordering, issuing and returning of convocation kit for students
• Designs for banners (at CC, Gate & B-dome) along with stage arrangements committee
• Distribution of lunch coupons and entry passes
• Crowd management at CC, Auditorium, VGH & Mess on the day of Convocation
